PTB reader was removed from biomedicus-gpl because the standard biomedicus has its own version.

GPL Companion release for https://github.com/nlpie/biomedicus/releases/tag/v1.7.0

To install, unzip *-release.zip on top of the biomedicus installation and extract *-gpl-addon.zip on top of the biomedicus data installation.
