Minebrew v0.1.0

This work-in-progress version has support for updating currently installed mods and scanning any folder containing mods and checking if that mod is on modrinth and then tracking it.

This is the linux and windows binary for mbrew. Many planned features are not available such as dependencies/conflict management. Use at your own risk and double check everything worked as expected on your system.
