This release captures the model fits and model data used in the original analysis that was submitted to bioRxiv as a pre-print (10.1101/2022.04.07.487572) and to PeerJ for peer review.

This updates the R package structure and improved documentation so that it passes R CMD Checks

This release captures the model fits and model data used in the original analysis that was submitted to bioRxiv as a pre-print (10.1101/2022.04.07.487572) and to PeerJ for peer review. Each file is an R data file (*.rda) and is of the form species _fit.rda for the fitted model objects and species _model_data.rda for the model input data.
