fix: url.parse deprecation warning

Description of change

url.parse is deprecated ! Let's replace it by new URL(str).pathname (ignoring search), because these are file paths.

@cclauss indeed, I didn't fix the url.resolve calls. I'll do a PR later today.

The warning above is:

DeprecationWarning: url.parse() behavior is not standardized and prone to errors that have security implications. Use the WHATWG URL API instead. CVEs are not issued for url.parse() vulnerabilities.

url.resolve calls url.parse internally. Along with url.format it's all legacy API, and has been deprecated.
