Toronto Maple Leafs Highlights bot

• Fetch new leafs videos/highlights every 30 mins from NHl API
• Tweets a new highlight every 5 hours (if available)
• Previously tweeted highlights are marked, and not retweeted

Canadian Parliament bot (in progress)

• Tweets when a new bill is introduced
• Tweets when a bill is made into law, or fails to be made into law
