Usage:
$ volumancer <verb>
where <verb> is one of:
| set <level> Sets the volume level to <level>%
| mute Mutes output volume
| unmute Unmutes output volume
| max <level> Sets the maximum volume level to <level>%
| lock <level> Locks the volume level at <level>%
| mutelock <level> Locks output volume muted
| unlock Disable lock/mute lock/maximum
