Restructure the app from a legacy React setup to Next.js (App Router) with TypeScript. Added Next config, next-env, TS config, Tailwind/PostCSS and environment example; converted many components and libs to .ts/.tsx, introduced a new store structure and taskbar slices, and moved static assets from src/assets to public/. Updated .eslintrc to Next preset, updated .gitignore, and refreshed README. Removed legacy CRA files and unused JS/CSS artifacts as part of the migration.
