This repository is the public portal source for N1Hub.com, the flagship platform by Number One Projects.

Its job is narrow:

• make N1Hub.com readable as a public front door for humans
• make N1Hub.com readable as a public front door for AI agents
• stay synchronized with the canonical public technical core at https://github.com/n1projects/capsuleos
• stay synchronized with the root ecosystem repository at https://github.com/n1projects/numberoneprojects
• present N1Hub.com itself as an open platform with a visible public product model
• avoid pretending the site is a separate canonical source of truth for CapsuleOS

• Number One Projects is the root ecosystem.
• N1Hub.com is the flagship platform by Number One Projects.
• GitHub remains the canonical public repository surface.
• N1Hub.com becomes the synchronized readable portal into that surface.
• N1Hub.com presents three public repositories in the current ecosystem layer:
  • Number One Projects
  • CapsuleOS
  • N1Hub.com
• N1Hub.com is described here as one product with three operating modes:
  • cloud
  • self-host
  • local-only
• N1Hub.com follows an open-source core + managed cloud posture.
• portability, export/import, and no lock-in are part of the public product story.
• Join the Oasis / Alpha Limited Access / Founding-25 are published here as public-facing program surfaces.
• The current scaffold publishes readable application and queue structure, but it does not yet claim a live mail backend or live access-allocation automation.

Future publishing options:

• deploy these files directly behind n1hub.com
• keep the portal source open while the domain, DNS, and HTTPS cutover are hardened

• main stays the current live baseline
• dream is the branch where future portal plans, goals, tasks, deadlines, and merge criteria are assembled before any later collapse into main
