This allows passing arguments to
claudewhen run throughclaudebox.I also considered merging the arguments directly so that
--can be avoided (it is a bit ackward when run throughnix runas it now requires-- --). Sinceclaudeboxitself doesn't have many options it could be viable. The current design more clearly separates both interfaces.
