  1. fix the tensor shape bug reported in issue SDXL quantization in svdquant #89
  2. add sdxl support in nunchaku backend
  3. add sdxl-turbo yaml config in examples

@devgdovg Thnx for working on SDXL. Tried your PR. Cannot get it to work for Illustrious XL v1.0 (Based on SDXL). Using sdxl.yaml from deepcompressor-v0.3.0 branch. deepcompressor.app.diffusion.ptq only gives config.yaml and run.log files, no model.pt is saved. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
