[firecrawl-ui] Add API v2 support with version toggle

• add a reusable API version store and update configuration to keep version-specific base URLs
• expose the version selector in the API key form and refresh generated clients with the new version
• create an axios helper plus dedicated v2 views for scrape, crawl, extract, map, and search while routing between v1 and v2 UIs
