Mark conf-flambda-windows as a conflict for uunf
This seems to be the cause of the Stack Overflow error I was getting locally
This package seems hard to build (dbuenzli/uunf#11, dbuenzli/uunf#15) and has previously had issues with flambda
Add install and remove commands
This was required to actually have
dunebe able to find these.I now actually have a switch building with these locally, so hopefully this is the end for the time being
