Minor QOL improvement where the sign-in with XUMM link is also sent to the the user along with the QR code, giving them the option to click on the link to open XUMM directly. This is a feature request from mobile users (mostly Android as iOS users can click the QR code to open XUMM directly).

Also, added unit test coverage for all Commands and event listeners.
