During the handling of a message, if an exception is raised,
_is_processing_a_messageis not reset toFalse, which can cause issues with subsequent message handling. This PR introduces atry/finallyblock to ensure_is_processing_a_messageis always reset appropriately, even in the presence of exceptions.
