Elm pages starter is used as a baseline branch.

The idea is to open this PR now and then point another PR to this branch in order to get at least somewhat meaningful diff along the way.
Additiaonally I'll try to deploy these PRs to netlify even though the final deployment after merge will most probably remain in gh-pages.
