PlayCap-0.1.1-loop.2

Fixed a leaking file descriptors bug introduced by looping support.
Also fixed a crash during playback if the file fails to open for some reason.

This is just to provide a convenient binary of the Windows 32-bit build (using VS10) as well as mirror the PlayCap-Externals.zip package.
