mini-magic-v1.0.0

This is the first release of mini-magic. You will find the following features in the release:

• Download the magic files for any version directly from the official repository
• List all available MIME types in the magic files
• Create a minimal magic file whose goal is to detect (a subset of ) MIME types faster
