The build script support is handled in #703.

We tested GStreamer 1.28.1 on windows, there are some regressions from 1.26.6, all fixed in 1.28.2

• Uninstaller doesn't remove the registry values (575 closed), this affects version detection in DLS build script, not blocking issue
• python-devel component missing from installer (576 closed), gvapython cannot compile without the headers
