This PR adds two customizations. (I added some screenshots. I also updated the documentation, but that isn't my strong spot, so feel free to make it better)
Allows the admin the change the title from "wanderer" to anything. This effects the Welcome page and the title (html-head). The header and footer of the page are not affected (will stay at "wanderer")
Allows the admin to add custom markdown files that will be displeayed on the top. This works a bit like the "about.md" file but creates a menu topic for each file and each (supported) language has its own set of menus/content.
Non-Breaking:
I made sure that this is non-breaking. Any existing installation behaves just like before. Only if you setup the Title via env var and/or provide custom markdown files they will appear in the web. In addition this is web only. No changes in database or melisearch
Tell me if I messed up anything :) but my instance is now running with these features for a few days and no reports of errors so far..
