Bulleted lists in monster ability descriptions are now markdown-formatted.
Assign monsters from "Appendix MM-A: Miscellaneous Creatures" and "Appendix MM-B: Nonplayer Characters" in the 5e SRD to their respective groups.

This PR updates updates the monster data from the WotC 5e SRD by assigning monsters from Appendix MM-A: Miscellaneous Creatures to the "Miscellaneous Creatures" group and those from Appendix MM-B: Nonplayer Characters to the "NPCs" group.
It also tweaks the formatting of the monster data, eliminating unicode bullet characters so that bulleted lists in the monster ability descriptions are now markdown-formatted.
