This is a very, very first approach to get used to the Schematron syntax.
This PR contains the following additions:
@xml:id, from issue All lists with an xml:id should also have a title #38@xml:idof several lists which contain a titleDO NOT merge it yet, as this PR and branch is used to collect all the Schematron changes.
