New directories & files include building a base ubuntu22.04 container, including libraries needed for CASA, so that future CASA container rebuilds can be based on this without going back to rebuilding the entire ubuntu portion of the container.

Also includes new coding for building CASA containers 6.5.6 to 6.6.3, with the addition of the astroquery package. Astroquery can be accessed using the version of python3 within casa, i.e., /opt/casa/bin/python3 to initiate.

My apologies... I tried to reply via email earlier today, which supposedly was a way to post a reply, but I see nothing came up here. The coding itself is still up-to-date; nothing new has been added for the directories I was working in. But I suspect there have been a number of updates on other parts of the repo since I originally made this pull request. If it would be better for me to download an updated copy of the full repo, transfer my casa66 changes and do another pull request, let me know!
