Pull Request Overview
Adds a new GitHub Actions workflow to enforce that pull requests include at least one of the designated documentation labels.
- Introduces a
.github/workflows/labels.ymlworkflow - Uses
mheap/github-action-required-labels@v5to require a minimum of one label - Restricts execution to non-forked PRs and adds a comment when labels are missing
