feat: added interactive sidebar submission

Description

I have created an interactive sidebar component with two states:

1. Collapsed (Rail): Shows only icons.
2. Expanded (Drawer): Shows icons and text labels.

Features

• Expand/Collapse Animation: Clicking the black arrow icon (top left) toggles the sidebar between expanded and collapsed states.
• Smart Animate: Used Smart Animate (300ms) for a smooth transition.
• Hover Effects: Added hover states for menu items.

How to Test

1. Open the Figma link.
2. Click the Play button.
3. Click the Back Arrow (<) to collapse the sidebar.
4. Click anywhere on screen to expand it.
