Add option to connect to existing FE node when updating an FE part with surface connectors, and the found FE node is different from the previous node associated with that Triad. If accepted, the existing surface connector information stored with the Triad is deleted.

FFlLinkHandler(this requires openfedem/fedem-foundation#13).Finally, the FindQt4-rule is added, such that the FedemDB dll can be built.
