Once this is merged we should do another release. We should also setup a periodic release schedule so any new changes get released. |

Adding station data for Imperial College London, U.K. and Karlsruhe station, Germany which were both previously missing.
This should hopefully address openghg/openghg#1001 - retrieving station data for KIT
