This PR adds a package rule for Renovate to group all
@ui5/webcomponents*packages together.This solves version mismatch issues caused by UI5 packages being published at different times while needing to stay in sync. By having separate groups, we will have separate pull requests, so all other packages can continue to be updated independently of the UI5 packages.
