Target Users

The purpose of the current iteration of OpenBudget is to inform the debate over the future budget to be adopted by the City of Oakland in April 2017. In order to inform the debate, OpenBudget plans to target a few segments of the community that will have the highest impact, and then tailor the content to help the target audience inform the wider Oakland population with data.
