Looks good to me! I only wonder if the file location is good. @trusz what is your opinion? Is docs/how-to/wizarding.md the right location?

If I remember correctly some people are working on wizard dialog library that includes the standard wizards (like Substation, Bay and so on), if and when this library is available I would use those dialogs instead building our own.
