[WIP] allow upstream image hostpathplugin:v1.7.3

DRA e2e test manifests located in the e2e/testing-manifests/dra floder use hostpathplugin:v1.7.3 and this image is not included in the mapping, allow this image explicitly so the DRA e2e tests can pass
