  • Decide on code hosting platform — Codeberg
  • Decide on CI platform — Forgejo Actions on Codeberg
  • Decide on website hosting location
  • Migrate to Forgejo Actions (except issue creation and deployment process)
  • Migrate issue creation to Forgejo Actions
  • Migrate main repository to Codeberg organisation
  • Set up deployment at new hosting location
  • Add deployment process to Forgejo Actions
  • Ask for Vlad to be given access to DNS
  • Migrate opensourcepledge.com to new deployment
  • Migrate osspledge.com to new deployment
  • Ensure blog editors can deploy independently
  • Ensure core team has access to new infrastructure
  • Archive GitHub repo; make note with redirect; specify that existing (incl open) issues will remain on GitHub
  • Migrate auxiliary repositories to Codeberg organisation
  • Update links to all repositories wherever they are references
  • Announce migration on relevant Pledge channels
