When a response has a qti-mapping, feedback conditions now use qti-gt(qti-map-response, 0) instead of qti-match/qti-correct. This ensures feedback agrees with the case-insensitive mapped scoring rather than using a separate case-sensitive comparison that could disagree. Also converts text-entry-multi exemplar from aggregate feedback to per-response feedback matching the editor's standard pattern. https://claude.ai/code/session_01K1EbPpn6oCv4q2ipHGGvX1
