This PR adds the ability to use Vonage Video API instead by specifying an application ID and private key path when constructing an
OpenTokinstance. This will automatically then take care of setting the base API URL and updating the authentication to be compatible with Vonage video. This is intended as a temporary stop-gap to aid users in migrating to the Vonage SDK, as outlined in the Transition Guide.
