maybe we can wait a couple of days when public 2023.3 is out?

master is likely to continue using non released yet features in upcoming releases. Although I can't come up with such specific features as examples. At the same time master is the default branch. People are going to keep running into that issue with using older release version.

Since I'm merging releases into master, I can change releases for free and avoid a risk of letting people run into the same problem for these couple of days

I update the message to be clearer
