The docgen-action's internal upload-pages-artifact fails on runs-on.com runners due to artifact API incompatibility. Split into separate steps: generate docs on runs-on.com, then deploy from ubuntu-latest. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
