v2.1.3 - OpenPnP Docs Improvements, Updated OpenPnP Config, Adds Survey, Many Bug Fixes

Hello all!

We've got a docs update! Lots of improvements to OpenPnP setup instructions, tweaks to build instructions, along with an improved OpenPnP config file. This release also adds feedback surveys to the end of each section to help with understanding what parts of the docs would be the most helpful to improve.
