Fix dependencies installation with PHP 8.0+
baafb4f 
Debian used to package the json module in its own packages, but recent
versions of PHP include it in the core package and there is no
corresponding -json package.

Skip this bogus packages when the PHP version indicate a recent version
of PHP.
