With this PR, we releases QuantumLeap version 1.0.0.

There's a problem with the CircleCI pub key at the moment that stops CircleCI from pulling code from our repo. That's why the build is failing. However, this PR only changes the version number and the PR we merged last (#737) had a (sort of) clean build. So it's safe to merge.
