NEO-36: Translation caches cleanup

  • attribute connector is not mandatory anymore
  • do not clean up translation caches manually (works automatically on latest OroCommerce versions)

On the newest OroCommerce version translation caches updated automatically, on older version please press "Update Translations" button manually
