Here are breif descriptions of the files in this package

FracFlow.m: function for computing phase mobilities

ImplicitBackwardEuler.m: function with implicit saturation solvers

Mobilities.m: function for computing phase mobilties (implicit saturation)

relativeperm.m: function for calculating phase relative permeability and effective water saturations

TPFAedge.m:function for TPFA solver (cell-edges)

TransMatrix.m : function for Matrix A and CFL time constraint

TwoPhasePlot.m: Plots the data of the simulator

TwoPhaseSimulator_Script: Simulator script (input variable parameters here**)

TwoPhaseSimulatorImplicit.m: main simulator function
