A question I have received, but I don't know how to deal with is how to retrieve easily notes created by the service.
The way I suggested is to query the api (and it works), but another way, to have also some sort of history, could be to have a dedicated account and post notes with this one.

Could it be possible?

Retrieve notes is important: to list nearby POIs and notes for the users before they send unnecessary information.

A service bringing together the notes to an account would be helpful to maintaining a relationship of private communication (via e-mail) with users who submitted notes.
