Ok I've implemented and tested subpitch support. It looks like this: 
I run the groove along the entire length of the base. This ensures that the baseplate latch never hits a section without a groove, no matter how the bin is placed. Only with full pitch do I stop the groove before the edge, because it looks a bit nicer:

I haven't learned the gridfinity extended code yet, so this PR is still lacking a config option, a baseplate change, etc.
