AutoANI v2.0.0

This is the first tagged release of autoANI on github. Major changes include:

• No longer require Bio::DB::Eutilities
• Require edirect command-line scripts for the E-Utilities (download script included)
• Updated format for keyfile for re-naming strains in the output
• Genome downloading script to automate download of individual genomes for inclusion in the pipeline
