I've opened this as a conversation starting point. I have yet to get the tests passing and while this has resolved the issue's I'm facing it may include changes that are incompatible with the original use case. That is I am not sure if this could ever have been run in the project root as I could not get it working there. Happy to close this or amend it if you have any suggestions. See #1 for a reference on why I've done this. Thank you.
