I'm having links open in a new tab by using
<base target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"/>this needs to be in something that all ottr cheatsheets have so that it is populated in all of them, so I am adding it to the header for ottr cheatsheets. The preview doesn't currently show this properly unless you download the files.Also updating based on notes : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TpPb4Jrc86V2OPmdTzHFUhIAPMX0UOclHYxV58fgQG4/edit?tab=t.0
