- Remove EIP 7514
- Remove consolidation feature
- MaxPerEpochActivationChurnLimit config removed - ValidatorActivationChurnLimitDeneb helper function removed
- All consolidation logic and variable in added in eip 7251 is removed - `PendingConsolidation`, `ConsolidationRequest` removed in container - `consolidation_balance_to_consume`, `earliest_consolidation_epoch`, `pending_consolidations` removed in beacon state
