Just an Omicron version bump and associated script outputs:
For posterity:
updated OMICRON_VERSION manually based off of https://github.com/oxidecomputer/omicron, then updated API and snapshots
(Though it can be simplified with just
npm test -- -u, since there's a pretest hook that generates the API)
