⚡ Bolt: Optimized JSON processor detection

💡 What: Implemented caching for JSON processor detection in lib/core/common.sh.
🎯 Why: safe_json_get_key was re-checking for jq or python3 on every call, causing unnecessary overhead in tight loops.
📊 Impact: Reduces overhead by ~13% in micro-benchmark (600ms -> 530ms for 100 calls).
🔬 Measurement: Verified with benchmark_json.sh (100 iterations of safe_json_get_key).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7523938491055072166 started by @oyi77

Prevents redundant `command -v` checks in `safe_json_get_key` and other functions by caching the result in `_JSON_PROCESSOR_CACHE` upon sourcing `lib/core/common.sh`.

Benchmark result: ~13% improvement (600ms -> 530ms for 100 iterations of `safe_json_get_key`).

Performance journal updated in `.jules/bolt.md`.
