Rename app and eip-client artifact IDs to eip-client and eip-client-parent respectively.

 eip-client - The EIP client application
 eip-commons - Shared/common deps
 eip-commons-test - Shared/common test deps
 eip-client-parent - Parent POM for the EIP Client project
