This release is a patch to enable Javascript chord_sockets. The reason this is not included in Release #5 is that it almost certainly requires me to learn about Promises, something I haven't had time to do yet.

This may get postponed past 1/8, depending on how long it takes. This is further hindered by me leaving the state on 1/7.
